High School Senior: Portraits and Senior Prom

There are moments in time when all the stars, planets and universe come in alignment and everything gels together in a cosmic, kismet order.  When this happens to me, I know it's a true blessing.  This session was one such kismet adventure.  Our location (the grands' home), the weather (absolutely gorgeous - thank you Mother Nature!!), and my beautiful, willing subjects  (Rachel, her parents, her sisters, her grandparents, her best girlfriend, and the girls' prom dates, too).  It was a full afternoon of sparkling smiles, abundant laughter, and terrific, warm friendship.  I am very grateful to you all for this spectacular opportunity; one in which I will not easily forget.  Thank you, friends for opening up your home, your hearts, and your shining smiles to me.  I count myself very fortunate - indeed.  Best wishes and much success to you, Rachel as you graduate from high school and move onto the next exciting phase of your life - COLLEGE!!! :)  

Now, please enjoy some special moments from this very special day.

It's May Day!

Happy May Day, friends!!

May is the second busiest month of the year for me.  I'll bet you can guess what the number one busiest month is, can't you?  ;)  I won't even mention it right now because I'm focused on the flowers, bright sunshine, warm temperatures, my garden happenings, bare feet in grass, busy birds singing and heavenly aromas floating through my open window.  Ahhh, springtime, how I love you. 

Here's wishing you, my dear family and friends, a wondrous, beautiful spring.  So many joyous events to celebrate this month.  Bring it on!  

For now, today, this moment, I celebrate May Day.

I was able to enjoy a beautiful day with friends photographing and sharing in a great time as we explored this quaintly endearing small town of Lititz, PA. Named "Coolest Small Town in America 2013" by Budget Traveler. The day we planned to meet was also the very same day (unbeknownst ahead of time to us!) that Lititz holds it's "ROCK LITITZ BIKE RACE." We couldn't have planned it better! Awesome Day!!!! Thanks again to my friends for coming out and sharing your laughter, kindness and good cheer. :) Cheers!

sneak peek: family group style

What a gorgeous, perfect spring day we had here in Pennsylvania!  It was made more perfect for me because I spent the afternoon making pictures with this endearing family.  I have had many opportunities to photograph a certain someone.  Someone you might just recognize if you've visited my blog in the past.  She keeps getting feistier and feistier with time.  Her personality is growing by leaps and bounds!  ;)  Too cute and fun!!  Hold onto your heart because she's liable to steal it from you!
