toddler time in the park

Meeting this little guy was such a joy for me! He was very interested in exploring and not so much in being photographed. I had been forewarned that he may not be the easiest person to cooperate for some photos, and to be prepared for anything. Well, I believe these small challenges in life are worth the effort!
So, please let me know what you think.
How did he do?

I hear he took a great nap afterwards! ;)

Thank you new friends for allowing me the privilege and the fun challenge of photographing you both. I enjoyed our time together, a great deal.

Happiness always,
Barb

Let faith, love, hope be your guide

The greatest of these is Love . . .

Congratulations on your engagement, Jodi and Lee! It was such an honor for me to photograph your love for each other as you set off on your journey to make the ultimate commitment - marriage.
May yours be blessed with many years of happiness, health, joyous laughter and God's grace.

Thank you again, friends :)

With great admiration and friendship,

no SMALL matter

Day in and day out, our girls are growing SO FAST!
Right before their parent's very eyes, they are making leaps and bounds.
Although, it may not seem so noticeable, as we get caught up in the daily activities and routines of life.
And then one "normal" day something happens that signifies "loud and clear" that big changes are happening.

Such as . . .

the first baby tooth to be outgrown and pushed up and out by the adult teeth growing underneath!

This calls for excitement, cheers of joy, and a very special visit from a special somebody.
Alanna decided that it was important to draw a picture and write a letter to this special somebody. . .

Of course, if her "she-she" (her nickname ;) is drawing a picture, miss Emmy must be involved too!!

Show off your teeth, too!! :)

Alanna dictates to me and I write for her. The special somebody will be visiting her bedroom tonight

Happiness to you, friends!

With a big toothy grin,

Barb ;)
